What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, your phone number or email, your town, what kind of customer you are, and your message about the job. If you call or email us, we receive your number or address and what you tell us.

Why we collect it

We use it only to answer you, to quote on and do the work you ask about, and to keep a record of the job. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for mailing lists.

Who handles it

Form messages are relayed by a Google account run by our website administrator, then delivered to our email. Copies may be kept in both accounts, which are hosted by Google and may store data outside Canada. Nobody else receives them.

Cookies and tracking

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) and Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and to see which pages, ads, calls and form messages lead to enquiries. Google's tools set cookies (such as _ga and _gcl_au) that can last up to two years, and send Google, in the United States, information such as your device type, approximate location, which ad brought you here, the pages you view and whether you tapped Call, Email or sent the form. We do not send your name, phone number, email or message to them. See Google's privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser, or opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and job records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and tax record-keeping duties.

Your choices
